The return can be requested via WhatsApp +39 339 8281387 and email by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the request is received, the collection will be booked within the following 24 hours.
The time and date can be postponed or decided together with the customer with prior notice via WhatsApp or email.
The products must be returned in a closed envelope and / or box within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Once they arrive at our center, the latter will be checked to confirm their condition which must be undamaged and not altered. The refund is made immediately and reported via automatic email.
The amount will be returned by bank transfer. The customer must indicate the bank account to which the refund is to be sent with a valid identity document attached.
